Sweet hen sculpture sitting in a straw nest. This stoneware cream chicken was made without the use of a mould but with slabs of clay rolled with a rolling pin then assembled. Cream, ochre, yellow and red glazes. Fired to 1200°C Size, including nest approx. 12cm x 9 x h 11cm / 5.2″ x 3.6″ x h 4.6″ Designed and handmade by Marion Walsh
