This little wooden, lidded box had a metal clasp and an exquisitely detailed sculpted Flat coat on the lid, which has been produced by hand in cold-cast pewter or copper. The sculpted dog has been sculpted and cast by sculptor Kirsty Armstrong in her north Cumbrian studio. When you eventually have to say goodbye to your beloved dog you may want to keep a few small precious keepsakes to remember them by… This little box is the perfect place to keep them. It could also be used as a small jewellery box to keep a select few pieces in. We produce a larger sized box on request which could be used to store ashes, and a smaller ‘fluff’ box for a lock of fur. What treasure will you put in yours?
