A new home gift that has been made by me in my studio and workshop in Hampshire, UK. This little home decoration plaque has a little handmade polymer clay house set on kraft card label with a unique hand drawn tree, to be a constant reminder of a home sweet home. This little home sweet home sign has been hand made using a piece of MDF wood, kraft card and polymer clay. Each miniature wooden sign has been cut, sanded, glued and painted individually which makes each frame an entirely unique gift. Each little heart and house has also been made individually. Each little decoration will measure approximately 9cm x 9 cm with postage included in the price.
