Operation:- Operation Panel Introduction:- Welding data copy from USB I/O, which can also connect to the Printer and Scanner. Preparation: Ensure that electrofusion fittings and pipe have been properly installed. Properly connect the output plugs of the Electro fusion welder with the electrode of the Electro fusion fitting. Power On:- Switch on the power Enter Setting menu:- Before welding, press Setup, screen display as follows, feed in project name and user ID. Then press OK. If you forget to press OK and go back directly, then the project name and user ID cannot be recorded by the machine. Data copy. Insert a U-disk and press Save to, all welding data in will be copied to the USB disk automatically. The History for welding data checking and printing. Press it, check the data recorded through the arrow button. The machine keeps 4000 records. The 4001 record will cover the 0001 record. Welding Parameter Setting:-Come to the first Screen in the display, select the Voltage or Current according to the Pipe fittings’ requirements. All data can be set by finger on the screen. After data Setting, press the weld button from the screen or the GREEN button, the machine will work automatically from seg1 to seg5 one by one. The screen will display a voltage oscillograph. After finishing welding, the machine will alarm. Press the Back button on the screen or the RED button directly. Please keep cooling for enough time according to the pipe fittings’ requirements.  Some pipe fittings need to be welded in the current model. Then please press Current to enter the current setting. Press the Weld or GREEN button to start the welding job. The current oscillograph will also be displayed on the screen. After finishing welding, the machine will alarm too. Press the Back button on the screen or the RED button to go back. and also keep cooling for enough time according to the pipe fittings’ requirements. Welding parameters can also be imported directly from Pipe fittings by scanner. Welding data will be recorded in the machine. It can be printed or copied from a machine.
