First, I received the product on time and in perfect condition. Thanks. My grandson, Caleb, is almost 6 years old, autistic and non verbal. We inflated the pea pod and Caleb immediately sat inside with his IPad. He was very relaxed as soon as he sat down and continued to relax more and more in just a few minutes. He remained in the pod for over an hour just playing with his IPad until he fell asleep. Woke got out for a bit and went right back to the pod. He was in the pod for quite a long time through the evening. Caleb has issues with stemming. We let him go on for a time but then have to continuously remind him to settle or quiet down. We are not sure if the stemming helps him to relax or what?? The entire time Caleb was in the pea pod, he never once stemmed. He was perfectly calm either watching tv or his ipad. We are all very impressed and happy with the purchase.
